End of an Era - Anonymous employee British Airways Employee Review

Currently undertaking a mass offshore outsourcing of IT, Procurement, Finance and other functions based on a 'numbers game' with no regard to Quality. IAG driving cost reductions with no strong BA Senior Management to challenge. People are just a staff number and past dedication to the company counts for nothing. Distribution Curve pay scheme demoralising. Morale very low, BA is losing it's identity, end of an era.
