Worst top maagement I've ever seen. Demotivated and frustrated staff. There is a weird feeling and ambiance at the office, everyone seems frustrated and it is blatant there is no genuine team spirit nor clear startegy or direction. A highly political and unhealthy organisation to say the least. BC highly promotes and ecourages the weak at this mediocre organisation. The organisation favoures incompetent, unprofessional employees over the bright talent that end up leavig because of their inability to blend-in in such detestable environment. No acknowledgement of bright, inspiring and brilliant staff's work and efforts whatsoever, an organisation that indulge in mediocrity and politics. Top managers are the worst with colonial mindset and lacking business acumen as well as being incompetent.
