Pros
Job is more or less repetitive. Environment multi-cultural. Colleagues and supervisors are very professional.
Cons
For myself non actually, except for the fact that some candidates lose the chance to attend the exam if they arrive 5 to 10 minutes late. It's really very strict and policies are non-flexible and don't allow for special cases to be considered.
