- lack of transparency from senior management - lack of career development opportunities - slow approval processes in finance and HR - salaries are low compared to required skills - huge gap between Hungarian nationalities' and Americans' salaries It would be great to reorganize top management and leadership to make decision-making more transparent and involve administrative staff more in decisions that affect the whole community of CEU. Also, there's a clear disconnect between leadership and staff. At the moment, leadership does not reward employee efforts and contribution in a fair way.
