There aren't any posibilities of advancing in your career especially if you're junior staff. Decisions are taken without you being present in the room (my work contract was renewed without me being asked if I want to stay! I just found myself in front of the contract one day.) Wages are stagnant and God forbid you are Eastern European, cause then you're paid pennies cause you know you're beneath Westerners or Americans. The management is absolutely horrid.
