      Good health insurance and a foot in the door.

      Cons

      Toxic management who are demanding and treat you like a robot. You are given little to no training before starting and you are given an high volume of work with no support because everyone is too busy managing their own workloads.

      Pros

      This was a wonderful place to work right out of college! I got the tools and education I needed to start my career!

      Cons

      It may have changed a little bit since then but the office gossip and banter was a bit out of control! I hope that since then people are enjoying themselves more!
