      Great comp, hybrid (2-3 days in office depending on location)

      Cons

      Need to hire managers who can deliver results and also focus on developing their people, solutions to issues feel very "temporary" rather than sustainable / embedded

      Great benefits. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They do more than just pay lip service to work life balance

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
