Pros
Good people, strong work ethic within teams, management are approachable, good benefits (heath etc). The people really make Dublin Citi site a pleasure to work in.
Cons
Large salary discrepancies between colleagues doing the same job, with the same title and same experience, performance (15k+ differences in my experience). Citi don't care about this even when they tried to remedy the situation and admitting it was a problem it was never transparent exercise and people know the person sitting next to them is still on % higher.
