      Very Flexible working hours and close to home

      Always reorg. Job is not right fit to the person. It's painful to work with no program skill person who backing u up for programming.

      Pros

      Great Benefits and colleagues, but poor management here. Some managers are decent, but expectations are extremely high for a very low base pay. Very little to no room for advancement within the company unless management favors you. Metrics and monthly sales quotas are highly stressed, but they do nothing for you in regard to moving up in the company.
