      Company has good benefits. Good place to continue education and learn...if you can find the time...

      Cons

      Turn over is extreme, no work/life balance, total sweat shop! Upper management is an intertwined clique that switch between companies and keep looping back. Not a great place to grow unless you are completely "moldable". The culture is beyond weird, and people barely even speak to one another.

      Hybrid schedule right out of “training” and FT WFH privilege came much faster than expected. There are some great benefits. Job confidence as

      Training was a waste of Citi’s money and a train wreck. Facilitator was all over the place. Normally there’s a flow to training, there was no flow and it was all over the place. OJT felt like sinking or swimming.
