Pros
State of the art, global organization with boatloads of career opportunities throughout the corporate world and the operating units. Hard work is rewarded but given the size of the organization things can get very complicated. Top management is very clique-like and decisions get made without everyone getting an opportunity to contribute to the possibilities.
Cons
Firedrills on a regular basis, especially when things aren't going well. Bonuses somewhat arbitrary and at the discretion of your manager. Long hours are expected if you want to do well and although they talk work life balance it is mostly talk. Health benefits are costly and getting more costly every year.
