Pros

-if you're lucky enough to sit near a window you might get a nice view of the lake -i honestly have not met a person there that i dislike. most are very friendly

Cons

-very stressful -clients are extremely rude -breaks are very short- 1/2 hour lunch gives you just enough time to grab something in the cafeteria use the restroom and get back in your seat. weekends are worse because the caf is closed. if you dont pack a lunch then you get to sprint to burgerking (the only thing close) and jam the food in your mouth on the drive back because if you're a minute late you'll hear about it -false promises from management- told we could advance within 6 months. once the six months rolled around we were told we have to wait at least a year to advance -you're surrounded by people but you never have time to talk to them or get to know them because you're on the phone constantly -the pay isn't that great

Pros

Hybrid schedule right out of “training” and FT WFH privilege came much faster than expected. There are some great benefits. Job confidence as

Cons

Training was a waste of Citi’s money and a train wreck. Facilitator was all over the place. Normally there’s a flow to training, there was no flow and it was all over the place. OJT felt like sinking or swimming.
