I had many good reasons 10 years ago...

Complete disregard for employees. Deep employee distrust in upper management - the main reason the company is not likely to recover any time soon. Upper management extremely out of touch with the rest of company Human resources function like company's law firm Citi has instilled a corporate culture where mediocrity and futility are empowered at expense of talent and new ideas. The company has gotten too big to be managed effectively. There was a feeling that senior management had no idea my unit existed.
