      1) Compensation is good 2) Plenty of room for advancement 3) Financial services and very competitive 4) Opportunity for global work

      1) Completely siloed organization with serious need of organizational change 2) Poor communicaton at all levels of company, even within teams

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
