• Good place to gain your first working experiance (but only for 1 max. 2 years) • Good work life balance • lots of training opportunities • decend behaviour of middle management towards staff • salary is okay for hungarian standards
Cons
• very bureaucratic • the american corporate culture and all the useless meetings can be annoying at times • working in Eastern Europe you sometimes feel like a second class employee
