Citi will work you to death, Citi never sleeps and you will too. Burocracy is literaly whats killing them, you may spend most of your day making sure that you follow the procedures, it leave no time for actual work. Budget cuts everywhere, no coffee, no caps nothing left but more work. NO bonuses, no rises this year, most likely next year too.
