      Pros

      Flexible work schedules. Opportunities to relocate globally. Good pension scheme. If you're an outgoing person who would like to get involved in the many networking schemes you'll go far.

      Cons

      Claims to be a meritocracy but does not promote on merit - it's who you know, and who knows you. Also claims to embrace diversity and inclusivity but only if you fit the right profile...introverts need not apply...

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
