Cons
1) Upper mgmt is too arrogant 2) Inferior people get promoted if they become "Yes Man" of boss. 3) ISG lead thinks of himself as god of corporate and infact lacks empathy, has poor command over people mgmt and knows a dime about development and its complexities. 4) Old female employees feel they cannot be terminated/ asked to improve, because they know female-friendly policies. I have seen people getting fired because one female employee found a male too competitive and wanted to get rid of him. 5) The focus of the organization is on legacy tech and it too hostile. On the other hand they launch programs to encourage creativity and innovation, and employees fall flat on their faces every time because its just some employee-engagement gimmick by HR and Bosses
