      Learning experience was good. Having vibrant people as colleagues are good exposure

      Citi Chennai location is filled with Tamil brahmins and high nepotism exist for hiring and promoting only Tam Brahmins. If you are not Brahmins then one has to be extra skilled in licking HR is dummy Salary looks good but actual calculation drill down will reveal that the basic structure is very poor. Meaning you won't realize when you get cash in hand it just goes in air and the pf accumulation is pretty less due to low basic

      Having a bad manager dictates everything about your job. You will see no upward mobility or compensation improvement if you are under a poor manager.
