Pros
Good banking exposure. Works in huge system and data which should be highly availaible and accurate. So good exposure of scalable system design. Good perks & benifits. Good people to work with. Plenty of leaves. Brand which matter at the time of change.
Cons
Couple of restrictions which everyone follow as this is investment banking but its ok. Less internal hike if not promote to next level.
