      Culture is extremely diverse and truly global, people are generally nice, efforts to make employees happy, help them grow, and pay them well

      Extremely bureaucratic, there's no incremental benefit to giving 100% effort vs 60% effort

      Great benefits and work/life balance if you're on the right team.

      Cons

      Having a bad manager dictates everything about your job. You will see no upward mobility or compensation improvement if you are under a poor manager.
