Pros

Flex time and freedom to work from home. The salary is slightly ahead of the industry package and the bonus is consistently 15%. The salary package makes it very difficult to leave. The company matches up to 6% in stocks and the medical and dental coverages is up to 90%. The contractual work week is 37.5 and over the entire year, that number is fairly accurate.

Cons

There are jobs posted on the company intranet for internal movement but candidates are already flagged for these positions so the jobs aren't really open. Management seems disconnected and uninterested in viewing people as resources. Training courses outside the city are frowned upon.

Pros

Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

Cons

Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
