Pros

Great environment for repetitive activities. Once you learn the company policies and the system you will be good. There are quick reference guides for most of things they cover around 95 % of the daily tasks. Good environment for team efforts. Team leads and most of assistants of Vice President are helpful and nice. Good environment for learning. Senior vice presidents and managing directors are mostly good and nice. While working there you will know great career leaders that will help you not only with the work but with your entire career.

Cons

Talents: Talented or untalented do the job and go home, the assistants Vice President will recognize talents but higher ranks most of the time don’t care much. Micromanagement: Some Vice Presidents will dictate their opinions and their ideas, and they interfere 80% of the delay task’s management with micromanagement. Senior Vice Presidents and higher ranks know that there a lot of Vice President dictate and micromanage engineers but they turn the other way. Some months were like nightmares to engineers because of micromanaging and we forgot freedom for some time. A lot of work, less recognized

Pros

Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

Cons

Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
