Pros

Good sick leave policy up to 6 months.

Cons

The culture is very toxic and workaholic, lots of bullying is present, with many people bragging that they work weekends and vacations, with no overtime pay. Management is raising eyebrows at everyone who leaves work on time. No clear assignments, and work is very dull, with outdated systems. No proper career opportunities, nothing is transparent, management is not willing to provide training for anything and then they expect miraculous results. Also managers are toxic avoiding one on ones or any complaints you raise, very prone to supporting bullying. There is a high chance you will be monitored even by MD's how many coffee breaks you take, and your work is not important at all as long as you sit behind your desk all day and pretend to work. All good benefits are silently removed, i.e. the food in the canteen was subsidised, then it stopped, there was an opportunity to work from abroad for a month- also got cancelled, and people are monitored whether they come to office three times a week. Also diversity is present just on paper, as they hire for quotas and refuse to attend or support Pride events in practice.

Pros

Hybrid schedule right out of “training” and FT WFH privilege came much faster than expected. There are some great benefits. Job confidence as

Cons

Training was a waste of Citi’s money and a train wreck. Facilitator was all over the place. Normally there’s a flow to training, there was no flow and it was all over the place. OJT felt like sinking or swimming.
