Pros
- Salary competitive with the market
Cons
- Supervisors expect you to learn as fast as you could and would give crash courses in several hours. It is so they could handover to the subordinates to perform the functions without slowly explaining the rationale behind every piece of work. - Do not like it when you ask questions. You are supposed to ask questions whenever training is given and if you do not ask anything it is deemed that you understood everything. They do not allow excuses like "This question did not pop into my mind during the training." - Quick to pinpoint whenever mistakes were made and no one will trace back the guidance history to see if there are any loopholes during teaching to prevent mistakes from happening again. - Expected to attend late night calls every fortnight due to the team operating in multiple timezones. - Supervisors show biasedness outright and would show you by the way they answer your questions by the tone of their replies. - Team's morale is very low - You are expected to search for answers by reading through emails. You are only allowed to ask questions if your query has never been asked before.
