      There were no pros to working there.

      Cons

      Technology is outdated. Non existent work/life balance. Hard hours put into work goes unnoticed. It's just another call/support centre with horrible management.

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
