Pros
Citi is good place, if you are looking for Brand, facilities and perks. I have met many brilliant minds here, if you want to stay technical even after 10 years of exp this is the place to be, not to forget the money part, they will pay you more than other companies.
Cons
When in Citi please forget about your personal life, you will feel lucky if you don't have to work on weekends. They can call you after work hours, mid night or maybe in morning also. My personal exp with was so disturbing during and after my pregnancy was the worst time I had faced in my entire life. Still blaming entire company is not justifiable may be it was my luck that I ended up being in that team under that Manager.
