Pros
The benefits package has been very very good throughout the years, although it has also gotten more and more expensive. It pays well but expects 150% for that payment. Do not start there thinking it will be a breeze, it is not. No one has been treated well, and they are all more than willing to share the misery. But like I said it pays better than most places in this town.
Cons
Long hours, expectations from management that are unclear, senior management seems unclear on anything. Rewards are few, and are given to the people who promote themselves the most, or the people whos management takes the time to recognize them.
