      Talented and genuinely great people work here.

      Cons

      Budgets are a mess; a one-year contract ended up as only 4 months due to financial discord and miscommunication. Came in after a mass layoff and so much talent had been cut that most teams were hardly functional. And now they are cutting again, asking folks to do more with less, with hardly any communication. It's complete and utter chaos.

      Flexibility regarding hybrid work, Nice office, good environment in the office.

      Cons

      Distant leads, not much community culture, if you don't mind working alone for several weeks, this should not be an issue

      Great benefits and work/life balance if you're on the right team.

      Cons

      Having a bad manager dictates everything about your job. You will see no upward mobility or compensation improvement if you are under a poor manager.
