      You can learn modelling skills

      It’s a nightmare!!! They don’t treat you like human beings. They didn’t care whether you are dead or not. Not to mention your health! Avoid going to this team, especially some Asian team. They will push you and you need to work day and night , weekends, holidays! They don’t care whether you will die or not. And no career opportunities! You are just labor. And also a lot of politics

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
