A disaster in the name of re-org. The org doesn’t care for its employees. It only cares about its reputation and making money. A disaster in the name of simplification. Everything is complicated especially their loosely held, ill planned and unstable processes. No one knows what they are doing, but everyone is trying to keep each other busy by increasing unnecessary tasks. There is no work life balance. One employee does the work equivalent to 3 employees and that’s how Citi manages its budgets.
