      Interesting tasks, not too much pressure

      Cons

      Performance and results are not rewarded at all. You can do great job or rubbish, it does not make any difference. You ll be treated the same way. All is about show casing and Being friend with the right person. My manager only promotes firmds of her....

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
