Pros

Salary every 2 weeks and not much else

The management is terrible - training was good - but the team leaders think they can talk to you how they want they sit behind 3 screens and act like they know everything. When a employee on your team comes to u and comforts in you you have no right to tell them that they are in the wrong and no right to make them feel smaller than you just because you don’t like them! I don’t recommend this job at all if ur thinking of it keep applying for different ones - they ruin ur mood and day mentally and physically- all they care about is their stats to hit their bonuses especially if it benefits them- really really don’t recommend in Newcastle

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
