Pros

So I was working in Concentrix Avalon process for like 1.5 years. I already worked with other companies as well people are good except some like my TL and the process is totally number centric.

Cons

Coming up to the process is totally number centric. So, if u have more then 1 unplanned leaves then ur entire incentive will be gone So, if u have more then 1 unplanned leaves then ur entire incentive will be gone. let me just dont get started on my TL, had a worst experience with her she dont care about what is going on someones life just thinks about her number's should be on place. I can't tell how much mental trauma she had given to me. Some times it feels like she is paying me not the company. But finally I left and that was my best decision.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
