Pros
The "tribe" you developed with the members of your call center was really good for employer moral as long as on-site management was encouraging the group to be one as a team of equals.
Cons
Lack of direction from out of state upper management. Was not organized when they bought out all the staffing agency employees to convert them to direct hires. Had a ton of payroll issues with employees not receiving their checks on time or the correct amount on their paycheck.
