      Pros

      Promotions are available immediately. They offer medical, dental, and vision insurance options. Good experience to take with you and move to a better position or company.

      Cons

      The managers don't know how to manage. The employees do not respect upper management. Friends promote friends type environment. It's not what you know... it's who you know. Harassment issues regularly. No warning when decided to close Atlanta office

      Pros

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Cons

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
