Pros

Great people to work with Several location options Account options to choose from depending on your skills Big accounts are from the Daksh side

Cons

Concentrix acquired several companies, however, they did not pay us when they acquired ours. I'm not sure if they also did this to other companies they bought. Some accounts, especially from the legacy Concentrix side, only have a handful of agents, i.e. 5-7 agents only. This does not present any career opportunities to the agents or support members. Some managers report to the clients fraudulent information, i.e. I was tasked to handle a combined class, but the manager reported it to the client as 2 different classes. Clients pay per class and pay for the classroom. We were asked to use operations area because of the number of headcount. Another fraudulent practice the management do is report excess headcount. They delay reporting the agents who resign. Does not follow labor code in the Philippines regarding putting employees on floating status. They put employees on floating status immediately, and asks employees to sign an agreement that employees can only have 3 tries to apply to other accounts, if they don't pass the interviews, the employees get terminated on grounds of negligence of work. Doesn't makes sense, but happens. Keeps on hiring employees instead of investing on their tenured employees. Some managers ask their subordinates to do their work for them. A manager I know requests for parking fee reimbursement. She does not own a car and takes Uber everyday. Asks their support members, SME, trainers, QAs, to wear business casual. Gives clothing allowance to their managers only. Morning shift employees do not get transportation allowance. Only night shift employees get this. Asks you to install O365 in our smart phone so you can reply outside of work, but removed communication allowance reimbursement. Only gives communication allowance to managers.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

The people and team leads are nice for where I work.

Cons

For a new contract no one really knows a lot about the retailer. We are told one thing in training now other people coming in are told something else. The benefits are strange. They have medical dental and vision. But, they have no sick time at all? No vacation the pto is accrued which is fine but let’s say you need to see a doctor you can’t use it because you have to put in 2 weeks in advance? You get points for anything and everything under the sun? That I don’t understand. I worked through the years for a lot of companies and third party retailers and it was never like that. I just think no federal holiday time off is not so good especially if it’s a religious kind of holiday a family holiday.
