Hello, Tigerspike Academy is something we continue to invest in. It is essentially a platform to provide the right support network for people to grow and evolve in their role both personally and professionally at Tigerspike. I thank you for your feedback. We have invested more in line management training as a response to our on-going employee engagement surveys and promoted people from within the business to take more senior roles as we grow.
