      Pros

      Weekly salary. If you have no option, then this place might work for you (as first job ever) They will take almost anyone. Office in Belfast is half decent in comparison with Nicaragua or Manila office.

      Cons

      No real career opportunities. Amount of incompetent and unprofessional people in higher management and amongst colleagues are unbelievably high. Diplomatic approach of higher management (in the fear of lawsuits) mostly looks like hypocritical behavior and fear of any responsibility. Nothing will change in this place since its falling apart from inside, however in a few years most of the people will be replaced by automation or company will go bankrupt.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
