Pros

Incentives ( MIP , attendance bonus , NBA % = depends on NBA% ) Location since the site is right along at EDSA. Team from process training to production. A good start for newbie i would say. Hell agad ganern!

Cons

Gatekeeper = NCP ( to get the $ ) daily i monitored my NCP and its a single digit which is good but when my month result shows i'm 10-15% low from the target. ( this is the reason why i left cnx ) Support ( You'll be told you can ask help from the other team within your unit if your TL/SME is not avail but none of them will take your call better to own it will save you your AHT and a possible positive rating. ) SPRINT DEALS i feel like im robbing the customers. As CSR your duty is to make your customer happy but.... NCP 95% - 99.99% you will get 50% of the equivalent amount from using NBA NCP 99.99 - 130% happy kiddo ( 100% of the equivalent amount +++ perks (god level) )

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
