Pros

Some very helpful new staff members who are trying to do their job well.

Cons

RUN BEFORE YOU GET STARTED!! There are several disrespectful people here. Several employees are recent high school graduates. Staff are very loud and schedules are changed weekly with split days off. HR has 1 employee. The training does not match with the job when you move to the floor and those who are there to assist quickly disappear and you are told to ask a coworker who is also new. You get dinged for being 1 minute late, no matter how time it takes to log onto the computer.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
