      Free food Good colleague Nice office Big locker Strategic location

      Cons

      Management didn't care about staff welfare Management reduce MC to 8 days during pandemic AL oftenly got cancelled last minute Bad leadership always use threat like warning letter and PIP to ensure staff achieve daily KPI. Must fill in a form and inform everyone in group chat if you want to go toilet. I was offer a bonus during my hiring, when asked the HR few months after hired, HR said they mistakenly offer me the said bonus. And your school canteen food taste way better than their free food No exit interview even when you leave the company

      Pros

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Cons

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
