Monotony. Tedious repetitive work. Clients are out of touch with workers, giving more work than what is intended. Pay is low for position and work involved. Had to work federal holidays if it was on your weekly schedule. No room for advancement. Only way to make more money was to work lots of OT hours.
Terrible management. TLs are stupidvisors, only doing what the client tells them. Training is non-existent. Job interview when first applied is a joke: Just do a couple of basic computer tests and you have the job.
The people who work here are very incompetent. Either no one knows how to do their job correctly or they micromanage to make sure you do your job.
Do not apply unless your out of options. If you do, make sure you continue applying elsewhere until you find something worth your while. That's a mistake I made, but the pandemic hit and finding a new one was difficult at the time.
There is no growth here and you'll be asking yourself what is the meaning of life while at work.
