Severe micromanagement and no support for staff from higher ups. Direct team leaders for the most part were good people trying their best to be supportive - however - Clearly, they are not valued by the company. I personally went through around 14 team leaders during the 1 year I worked there - of which - none seemed happy. I witnessed each one either quit, get demmoted/let go without any warning via email or memo. When i finally quit - i couldn't even figure out who to send my resignation to. Eventually i just sent it to HR and struggled to even get a response out of them prior to leaving.
