Pros

Fully remote, 8 weeks paid training of mostly self-learning courses but some sessions of call listening that were very helpful, knowledge gained in training is even helpful for real life, friendly staff nice banter, it's probably a good starting point career-wise, calls were diverse and genuinely felt like I was helping people.

Cons

Wage was not ideal for amount of training/competency required to do job. While training was useful, self-learning may not be for everyone, plus a lot of stuff on the phone was not mentioned in training so you would feel quite lost (even with call shadowing), felt kind of abandoned once training was over, was hard getting help with queries as people are so busy with their own work. They tried to make people to work on Christmas Eve/Day and New Years Eve/Day with only lieu hours rewarded no extra pay, plus would not approve my holiday and the calls stressed me out so I ended up quitting in the end.

Pros

Culture, career growth, leadership support and benefits are just a few of the pros.

Cons

I don’t have cons to share. I’ve been with the company for 15+ years.

Pros

The people and team leads are nice for where I work.

Cons

For a new contract no one really knows a lot about the retailer. We are told one thing in training now other people coming in are told something else. The benefits are strange. They have medical dental and vision. But, they have no sick time at all? No vacation the pto is accrued which is fine but let’s say you need to see a doctor you can’t use it because you have to put in 2 weeks in advance? You get points for anything and everything under the sun? That I don’t understand. I worked through the years for a lot of companies and third party retailers and it was never like that. I just think no federal holiday time off is not so good especially if it’s a religious kind of holiday a family holiday.
