Pros

I do not find any pros. Its pathetic.

Cons

JAVA SPRING BOOT MICROSERVICES DEVELOPER. They think employees are SLAVES. WORK TIMING 9:30 LOGIN LOG OFF 3 AM in the MORNING. ITS HELL!!!!!!! Do not join, you will be forced to leave the organization from HR if you are in notice period. They do not entertain notice period. And gives excuse like you have to visit the office if you want to serve notice period. If you do not have any option and want to join then make sure that the project that you are going to work is not for BANKING or RAILWAY. They do not follow agile methodology and your life will become hell. Pathetic work culture. ITS NOT MNC so do not get fool, Very less LEAVES and NO SICK LEAVES.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
