Pros

There were pros, or so i thought. Sure, they maybe flexible, if they like you.

Cons

Mangers are manipulating and there is no true room for growth in the company. Hours were cut without a true explanation to the staff. Now staff received less than 20 hours on they’re paychecks and we cant pay rent. Any questions about it are blown off or we’re told to go do “door dash”. Our schedules have “vgh” when really we are “igh” - involuntary go home. They do this so we cant collect unemployment. I’m pretty sure thats immoral. Oh! And after you tell management that an employee harasses people or that you were cussed out, they dont get anything but a “don’t do that again. “

Concentrix Response
2y
Positive Concentrix memories. That’s our goal. Full stop. So, we’re sorry you didn’t walk away with that warm glow of growth. We always want our leadership team to feel like they’re moving forward—both professionally and personally. That’s why we created programs like the iRise Mentorship. We’re going to dig into your feedback a bit more so we can get to the bottom of your experience and see where we can change. Thanks for your feedback.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
