      Pros

      Pay is good and there is room for advancement if you like to kiss managements butt or if you intimidate them!! It is good money once you get your raises just don't consider this a career or long term job!!

      Cons

      You don't get your raises on time, you can only move up if all of management likes you, and its just like a ghetto high school full of drama!!

      Pros

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Cons

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
