Pros

Decent pay for a job that doesn't drug test. Unlimited overtime and benefits. Relaxed environment and a relaxed dress code.

Cons

Where do I begin.....This place is so disorderly. This particular location is split into two support companies and one side is a bit better than the other but what makes it disorderly is that there's no system or structure. You spend two weeks in training and then they throw you on the phones. Half the time, you don't even know who your team leader is and you don't have a scheduled time for break and lunch so you just have to go whenever you can. I was 7 hours or so into my shift before I could take a lunch. Then there's the fact that if you have a problem that requires talking to HR, you have to be escorted to them because you don't have access to the other half of the building! Then the scheduling...How do you change a bunch of schedules in the middle of the week and expect people to know about them?! They offer benefits but it's like $350 a month for an individual so imagine the price if you have children.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
