      Pros

      The pay is good and they offer unlimited overtime, but all Money ain't good Money and they don't care who they hire.

      Cons

      Too many Chiefs not enough Indians! Everyone thinks they're a Boss and they don't respect the employees. The schedules are changed at the drop of a hat and we're suppose to rearrange our lives....This Office needs a complete makeover, Hire Supervisors with experience not someone who just start working there! The Team Leads,RTA's and Supervisors need extreme training. They are illiterate!

      Pros

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Cons

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
